- Charges against infantry are more penetrating, especially for heavy cavalry, less for medium, a little for lights
- Standard generals cost 60
- Note: killing or using the general is no longer prohibited; since v6 the general unit is as vulnerable as any other unit

- A lot of rebalancing following feedbacks from players

- Download & installation
- File (1.8 Gb): http://www.mediafire.com/file/1ved8ux6vlbdf8t/NTW3-7.0-setup.exe
- Launch the NTW3-7.0-setup.exe file, choose your language.
- Select your NTW folder, by default it is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Napoleon Total War" (warning: don't select the "data" folder like in v6)
- Wait until all files are extracted.
- Use the NTW3 launcher to start

- Because so many factions are now available, the weakest nations can be off screen if your resolution is not high enough. To select them you can use the pre-saved army setups:
