Well, im a normal person after all so torrent doesnt work in CET(+2): 23:30-8:30 on weekends and 22:00-14:30,18:30 on normal days. But if you are in germany, the torrent speed should be 1MB/S or more.

1. 99% of line infantry units fire in 2 or 3-lines. It can be debatable but that's what was found best for shooting/charge balance.
2. No, only very good to elite units can form square, except for UK and Sweden
3. Because NTW3 is basically designed for multiplayer battles. Our dedicated SPC specialist also helped for the MP and is short of time to implement every new unit in the campaigns.

My NTW3 7.0 is installed but when I try to launch it I get this error message

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Napoleon Total War\Napoleon Total War\data\campaigns\mp_eur_napoleon\scripting.lua'.

Please help me I do not know what to do? :sad:

Again Congratulations on this fantastic mod and thanks in Advance for responses.

The recruitment bar in the SP Campaign game has limited space to display the units. There have been attempts to increase the bar by altering the display area but none have been successful, so we have to work with the area that CA allotted.

If there are too many units you can not bring up the end units on the right hand side of the recruitment bar. We have tried to give the player a good selection of units with the space that's available to represent the armies of the various factions in the campaign game.

Check installation, it sounds you have installed NTW3 in the wrong directory, check if a folder NTW3 is under main napoleon total war directory. If not disinstall and install again choosing the correct path

Lord Davn is there any way where I can make the special units, like the Grenadiers a Cheval" recruitable?
I mean if these unit are destroyed, they can't be recruited. Can you tell me what I can do to "Raise" these units again?
I already have the PFM btw.

I installed in my main directory of my NTW folder not in the Data.

What a nice way to turn on my computer and read this post as the first item.

What a special treat to read that now all of us "proud" Yankees can finally make those "limey bastards" pay for setting foot on our precious soil. All except for Sloop. He'll probably want to kill his own people in battle, "traitorous thug."

Two new HB's?? Does life get any better?

Thank you to the Lordz team for another release. Looking forward to trying out the new version.

I love the new generals in the mod. You can take a historical general with one of the battalions of the Old Guard and save a bit of money. But you lose the ability to send your general quickly where he'd be needed.

Open the NTW3_v70_spcn.pack file and go to the db table for building_units_allowed_tables ~ ntw3_building_units_allowed
use the add row feature and type the Cav_Heavy_French_Grenadiers_a_Cheval name into the blank table line.
You will also have to set the recruitment building in the Building ID Ref column, I'd suggest military_academy or staff_college.

Thank you. This has already been spotted, with another unit with the same issue. It's already fixed and included in a big upcoming patch.

Hi,
You´re mod looks really great but unfortunately I wasn´t able to install it.
At first it looks like everything being okay but as soon as the installation is almost done it tells me that the installation failed because of a corrupted file I think the file is something like "naval v70" or something like that. I´ve tried everything including reinstalling NTW as well as verifying the integrity of the game cache but nothing was of any help. I´m pretty frustrated right now since I´ve already spend hours on this trying it over and over again without any success.

Hopefully some of you might be able to help me out wiht it.

PS: Also, before I forget it. I tried to download some of the previous versions of this game but was not able to download any of the files on mediafire. I clicked several times on the download button but it just didn´t do anything.

There is no fog of war in version 7.0 also game settings resetting anytime when i start the game. Any ideas?

Of course there is fog of war in version 7.0... and even slightly stronger than in previous versions.

Your installation (of the mod, or main NTW) is most certainly faulty.

The fog of war in the SPC mod was left out for testing, it will return with the v71 SPC mod :shocked:

WHEN ITS DONE I dont think that lordz are a 300 men studio that can do everything in a few days and will take their time to comfort our needs to play napoleonic realisticly. Yes, SP campaign works, but has some issues and normal MP,HB or NVL battles are available.

Hi I need some help please. When I install and launch the game in the main menu its says: "PLEASE MANUALLY BROWSE TO YOUR THE CREATIVEASSEMBLY/NAPOLEON/SCRIPTS DIRECTORY AND DOUBLE CLICK ON preferences.script FILE TO SET THE SCRIPTS DIRECTORY PATH".

The thing is that there is no CREATIVE ASSEMBLY FOLDER ORR FILE ON THE STEAM APPS FILE NEITHER CAN I FIND THE preferences.script File to set the scripts directory path.

Any suggestions on what should I do because the game doesn't start without this.
