Napoleonic - Total War I and American - Total War

I tried looking for places to download Napoleonic - Total War I and American - Total War, which are mods for Medieval: Total War, but I can only seem to find this link https://www.moddb.com/games/medieval-total-war/downloads/napoleonic-total-war-v-7 for Napoleonic Total War I, which doesn't include the patch mentioned on this page https://www.thelordz.org/mods.html. Are the patch for Napoleonic and the whole of American - Total War just completely gone forever? Does anyone still have these files? It would be much appreciated.
