NTW outside of steam

wanting to run your great mod but I cannot. My vanilla game runs fine but when using the launcher for the mod it will not start. I have NTW installed on an SSD and I don't use steam to start it, never liked steam. So my question as in the title can it be run outside of steam ?

You must run Steam to start the ntw vanilla game and then it will load the NTW3 mod. Sorry but that's the only option :confused:
