Well the offer and especially the 1:1 scale
looks terrific, but will it be playable on pc's
that have some years on their back or will
it require a new system?I mean having over 100
thousand troops may not be the best day my graphic
card will have.
Is scale 1:1 playable on medium strength computers?

Re: Is scale 1:1 playable on medium strength computers?
I have a 3 year old average spec pc and 1-1 scale camera movement is slower than 1-10, but not much.
1-2 scale plays really well, no different to 1-10 scale moving around the battlefield.
Note : As the troops cover the same amount of ground, the 1-1 scale makes the model soldiers smaller, many have found 1-2 scale to looks better, even if not so many men are displayed.

Does the AI handle well the 1:2 scale,in comparison to
the normal game scale 1:10?
You just answered that question.
And a silly question:is there blood in game?
And a second silly question is the 1:2 and 1:1 scale a mod
or is it a downloadable patch?

I don't think there is any blood, but there are dead horses and bodies !.
1-1 and 1-2 scale are not "official" yet, but there are instructions direct from JMM on which number, in which file, to change, so it can be used now ahead of it being a standard selectable feature in future.

Thanks for the info.I appreciate it,
but what is the point if there isn't
a little blood,a small decapitation,or an
innocent dismemberment etc...
I'm kidding
In the scale 1:1 for example the soldiers are tinny
compared to trees or houses?

All pics at 1:1 scale. Histwar is an amazing game that keeps getting better and better.
I would say it is a must for any Napoleonic buff.
