Trees and grass in maps. How to do it?

I am making some maps to the NTWIII, but I can not put neither trees nor grass because the application "LordzTreeEditor" does not work for Napoleon Total War.
Is there a program or manual that explains how to do it?

For the grass , you need to edit the grassmap file.

trees you need Lord desaix editor , ask him for it by Pm and then I will help you use it....anyhow it is very interactive and easy to operate. So no worries.

Please ask any questions you want , Iam on the Lordz TS every night American time.

Check tutorial for grassmap.tga, hope that helps...

I guess you're spanish, it would be nice to have some HB on the spanish campaign. After the italian series, I will prolly move to peninsula where I have in plan:

- Albuera
- Talavera
- Corunna
- Sagunto
- Vimeiro
- Los Arapiles

(we're talking about a year work of course, but having already made map would boost hugely my work).

I can do fast the height layer of historical battlefields, but having someone else to work on buildings, trees, ... would be unvaluable.

It is a wonderful idea the Spanish campaign.
I am now changing a map of Russia to the Mediterranean climate. I don't think that you may experience problems.

Although I have a limited time, I think that could work in texture, trees and grass of the maps of the Spanish campaign.

:biggrin: Working on the Penninsular campaign is a great idea , feel free to redo my 2 Spanish maps to HB standard anytime.
