I also found this which is more discriptive.
I see that most reviews are saying that the units in one nation will not be anything like another. Another thing is that the system requirments will be the same as Empire apprantly.
http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/napoleon-total-war-preview

So to rap everything up:
-Their should be 332 new units
-The System Requirements are the same as ETW
-Each unit has 68 faces and body heights and parts to choose from randomly.
-If you travel through rough areas like alps on the campaign it will destroy your numbers of men.
-Countries will not have repeated units withdifferent colours as in Empire. Every nation will have different units withb different stats.
-Towns will be more strategical in campaign.
-Naval battles still play a part in this game.
- Campaigns are story based like the Road to Independance in ETW.
-It is to be release in feb 2010 but may wait if CA isn't ready.
-All of napoleons major battle will be included as historical scenarios. (I guess this means marengo, Austerlitz, Jena, Wagram, Aspern-Essling, Borodino, Leipzig and Waterloo.)

Well this is what reviews have said so far so it may not all be true but if it is, it sounds like an excellent game.

It does sound good, but the proof of the pudding is in the eating.

Shall thy valour prevail

Merde! The Guard dies, it does not surrender. Cambronne surrenders, he does not die.

332 new units?

332/50 factions = 6.64 units per faction. Didn't NTW2 have about 15-20 units per faction?

68 faces?

Out of 160 men, that means I will see the same guy at least twice in every unit! Honestly, it doesn't make a difference to me that they have more faces - they could be clone armies for all I care.

Sadly we're a minority to care about tactics.
If they waste time in developing 64 faces instead of introducing a decent rendition of a column formation I'm quite pessimistic about NTW.

NTW2 only had 158 seperate units, but NTW promises 322 units, Just to make things more confusing!
